Reporting wrong information
If a date, link or any other detail in an update looks wrong, send us the page link and what is wrong. If you can, add the link to the official notice. We check it and correct the page.
Help with your account
- Forgot your password: use ‘Forgot password?’ on the login page to get a code by email.
- No verification code: check your spam folder, press ‘Send the code again’ after 30 seconds, or correct your email on the dashboard.
- Deleting your account: Dashboard → Profile → ‘Delete account’.
Privacy and your data
To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy complaint, write from the email address of your account so that we can identify you.
When we reply
We try to reply within 7 working days. We do not have a phone number or postal address yet; email and this form are the ways to reach us.
