1. Acceptance

By ticking ‘I accept the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy’ at registration you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Who may use it

Anyone may use MockGhar. If you are under 18, create and use an account only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

• Give correct information at registration and keep it up to date.
• One account per person; do not register with someone else’s name, email or mobile number.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Mock tests, alerts, reminders and other features work only after your email is verified.
• For security you are logged out automatically after 5 minutes without activity.

4. Acceptable use

You will not:

• Try to break the website’s security, use someone else’s account or overload the servers
• Copy information, questions or pages with automated tools or scripts (scraping)
• Copy mock test questions, solutions or content and publish or sell them elsewhere
• Submit false, misleading or offensive information, or use the website for anything unlawful

5. Mock tests

Mock tests are for practice only. Their questions are written for practice and are not official papers unless clearly marked. A mock test score is not a prediction or guarantee of your real exam result.

6. Accuracy of information

MockGhar is not a government website and is not connected with any exam body. We take information from official sources and link the official source with every update, but mistakes can happen and information can change later.

Always check the official website before any decision about applications, fees, eligibility or dates.

7. Intellectual property

The website’s design, logo, articles, mock test questions and solutions belong to MockGhar. You may use them for your own study, but you may not copy, publish or sell them without written permission. Government notifications and official documents belong to their respective bodies.

8. Links to other websites

We link to official and other websites, which open in a new tab. MockGhar is not responsible for their content, services or privacy.

9. Notifications and emails

Verification and password emails are needed to run your account. Push alerts and last-date reminders come only if you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time. We do not guarantee that notifications arrive on time or at all (for example because of the browser or network).

10. Closing an account

You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Profile. We may suspend or close an account for breaking these terms, false information or misuse.

11. Service as it is

MockGhar is free and provided ‘as is’. We keep improving it, but we do not guarantee that it will always work without interruption or errors. Features may change, be added or be removed.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MockGhar is not liable for any indirect loss, such as a missed application date, a decision based on incorrect information, or an exam result.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when needed; the ‘last updated’ date above will change. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
