UP Police exam pattern

As per the official UPPRPB notification: Written exam (constable direct recruitment)

• Time: 120 minutes
• Marking: +2 for each correct answer, −0.5 for each wrong answer
• Exam mode: Offline (on an OMR sheet) · 4 options per question
• The exam is on an OMR sheet; scores are normalised across shifts.
• The detailed advertisement could not be opened on the board's site, so the marking (+2 / −0.5) and the per-subject counts follow recent papers and reliable reports.

How to take the mock test

1. Open the paper with “Download PDF” and choose “Save as PDF” in the print window to save the file, or print it directly.
2. Set a timer for the real exam time, solve the paper and fill your answers on the OMR sheet that comes with it.
3. Check your OMR against the answer key at the end and count your marks with negative marking.
4. Read the solution of every question and revise the topics of the questions you got wrong.
