SBI PO Syllabus 2026 and Exam Pattern
The SBI PO syllabus below is taken from the official notification, together with the exam pattern set by SBI. Use it to plan your preparation subject by subject.
SBI PO exam pattern
As per the official SBI notification: Prelims (Phase-I, 2026-27)

- Time: 60 minutes (each section has its own timer)
- Marking: +1 for each correct answer, −0.25 for each wrong answer
- From 2026: English 40, Quantitative Aptitude 30 and Reasoning 30 questions; 20 minutes per section.
- Five options per question; a wrong answer costs 1/4 mark; there is no sectional cut-off.
