Daman Govt Hospital Manager Recruitment 2026

The Rogi Kalyan Samiti (Patient Welfare Committee), Government Hospital, Daman has invited applications for one Hospital Manager post. Eligibility

• Education: MBBS/BDS degree, or a graduate degree with an MBA in Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management (full-time two-year course)
• Experience: Minimum three years of experience in healthcare/hospital management
• Other requirements: Proficiency in English, computer literacy and knowledge of applicable government legislation and policies
• Desirable: Training and experience in implementing NABH accreditation or certification requirements in recognized hospitals; and two letters of recommendation from previously employed institutions
• Candidates holding a Domicile Certificate of Daman & Diu will be given preference
• Persons previously terminated from any Government Organization will not be considered

Salary

• Consolidated Remuneration: Rs 25,000 per month, subject to the prescribed performance assessment criteria and approval of the competent authority
• Upper limit: Rs 50,000 per month, plus performance-based incentive of up to the stated amount
