IIM Mumbai Recruitment 2026 – 4 Group A Posts

Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (IIM Mumbai) has invited online applications for 4 Group A posts. The posts are Deputy General Manager (Career Development Services), Medical Officer, Manager (Civil) and Manager (Electrical). Recruitment is on a regular, contract or tenure basis. Eligibility

• Deputy General Manager: Postgraduate degree in Management (MBA/PGDM) or equivalent with 60% marks; minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Age limit 45 years as on the closing date.
• Medical Officer: MBBS with 05 years of experience as Medical Officer in reputed hospital or dispensary, OR MD or MS in an appropriate branch of Medicine. Age preferably below 45 years.
• Manager (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil engineering with a minimum of 60% marks; minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Age limit 45 years.
• Manager (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical engineering with a minimum of 60% marks; minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Age limit 45 years.
• Only Indian citizens can apply. A candidate can apply for one post only.

Application Fee

• Non-refundable application processing fee: Rs. 590
• Candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwBD are exempted from the fee. All internal candidates are also exempted.

Selection Process

• Applications will be scrutinised and only candidates who clear scrutiny will be called for the next stage.
• The Institute may conduct a written test, skill test and/or interview, as it decides.
• Original certificates must be produced at the selection process and again at the time of joining.

• Upload a latest photograph (not older than six months) and copies of your certificates.
• Experience certificates must be on the issuing organisation's letterhead, showing date of issue, period of work, designation and pay drawn.
• Government and public sector employees must submit a No Objection Certificate from their present employer with the online application.
