Exim Bank BDO Recruitment 2026 - 12 Posts

Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) has invited applications for 12 posts of Business Development Officer (BDO) on a contract basis under Advertisement No. HRM/OC/BDO/2026-27/05. The posts are for various cities across India, and the compensation is Rs. 14.68 lakh per annum. The original last date, 15 October 2026, has been extended through an addendum, and applicants can now send their resume by email up to 25 October 2026. Vacancy Details

Eligibility

• Education: Postgraduate in Marketing or Finance, preferably an MBA with specialisation in Finance or Marketing. The postgraduation should be a minimum 2-year full-time course from a recognised university or institution, with at least 55% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) in both graduation and postgraduation.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in banks, financial institutions or upper-layer NBFCs, in the marketing of products and services such as corporate loan syndication and corporate credit.
• Age: Not more than 35 years as on 31 August 2026. Reservations apply as per the Government of India guidelines.
• Skills: Marketing and relationship management, understanding of international trade and related financial products, advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Selection Process

• The Bank will draw a list of candidates who meet all the eligibility conditions and shortlist them for a personal interview in the ratio of 1:10. If more than 10 eligible candidates are found, the shortlist is made on the percentage of marks in the postgraduation examination.
• The interview will be held at the Bank's office in Mumbai or New Delhi. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed.
• The Bank may relax the eligibility conditions on experience, age and essential qualification if the response is limited or too few candidates are found eligible.
