The Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM Tiruchirappalli) has invited online applications for 8 non-teaching positions on a contract basis. Salary
- Corporate Relations Officer: fixed monthly pay of ₹70,000 to ₹80,000, plus maximum monthly variable pay of ₹70,000 to ₹80,000 (variable pay is performance-linked and not guaranteed)
- Manager – Executive Education and Consulting: ₹75,000 to ₹90,000 per month
- Estate Officer: ₹75,000 to ₹90,000 per month
- Assistant Manager – Executive Education and Consulting: ₹55,000 to ₹70,000 per month
- Assistant Manager – Programme and Campus Operations: ₹60,000 to ₹75,000 per month
Eligibility
- Corporate Relations Officer: upper age limit 55 years. Needs a postgraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related discipline, and at least five years of relevant experience.
- Manager and Estate Officer: upper age limit 55 years. Estate Officer needs a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least 50% marks and at least 15 years of post-qualification experience. Manager needs a postgraduate qualification in Management or an equivalent discipline.
- Assistant Managers: upper age limit 50 years. The EEC Assistant Manager needs a bachelor's degree. The Programme and Campus Operations post needs a Master's degree in Management with at least 50% marks (or CA/ICWA, or a Master's in any discipline with a PG Diploma in Management) and at least 7 years of post-qualification experience.
