Maharaja Suhel Dev State Medical College and Maharshi Balmiki Hospital, Bahraich has invited candidates for walk-in interviews to fill 53 faculty posts of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor on a contractual basis. Interested candidates can attend the office from 27.10.2026 and then every Tuesday and Friday, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. The notice is valid for 89 days, and the college has specified a pay level for each cadre.

Eligibility
- Educational and other qualifications: As per NMC norms (Medical College of India, Minimum Qualification for Teachers in Medical Institutions Regulations, 1999)
- Professor salary: Rs 2,20,000 per month
- Associate Professor salary: Rs 1,60,000 per month
- Assistant Professor salary: Rs 1,20,000 per month
- Age: Candidates below 70 years of age can apply for contractual medical teaching posts
Application Fee
- Application fee: Rs 2,000 (two thousand rupees only), payable by Demand Draft (DD) in favour of "Principal, ASMC and Associated Teaching Hospitals Bahraich"
Selection Process
- Selection is based on a walk-in interview.
- Applications will not be accepted after the 12:00 noon reporting time, and such candidates will not be allowed to take part in the interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

- Contract teachers must join the concerned medical college within 15 days of appointment.
