SSC GD Result 2026: 1,97,408 Shortlisted for PET/PST

The SSC GD Constable Result 2026 is out. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the list of candidates shortlisted for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) of the Constable (GD) in CAPFs and SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2026. The computer-based exam was held from 27 April to 30 May 2026 and 21,56,776 candidates appeared. In all, 1,97,408 candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for PET/PST, as per the result notice dated 12 October 2026.

Minimum Qualifying Marks

SSC applied these minimum marks, without adding NCC bonus marks, before shortlisting for the next stage:

• UR: 30%
• OBC and EWS: 25%
• SC, ST and Ex-Servicemen: 20%

Marks of different shifts were normalised. NCC bonus marks were then added: 8 marks for the 'C' certificate, 4.8 for 'B' and 3.2 for 'A'. Ex-Servicemen do not get NCC bonus marks.

SSF Cut-off for Men (All-India Vacancies)

Cut-offs for the State/UT-wise vacancies of the other forces, including border and naxal or militancy affected districts, are in Annexures I and II of the official result notice.

What Happens Next

• The CAPFs will hold the PET/PST, and the nodal force, CRPF, will issue the call letters.
• Keep checking CRPF's recruitment website for your PET/PST date, venue and admit card.
• Final answer keys, question papers with response sheets and the marks of all candidates will be put on the SSC website later; log in with your registration ID and password to see them.
• Results of 60 candidates are withheld, 3 more are withheld because of court cases, and 88 debarred candidates were not processed.

• Step 3: Download List-I (women) or List-II (men) and search for your roll number
• Step 4: Read the result notice for the cut-off of your State/UT and category
