Mumbai Port Authority (MbPA) has invited online applications for 24 Class I posts and 1 Class II post, 25 posts in total, through direct recruitment. Online registration and fee payment runs from 29/09/2026 to 28/10/2026. Read the eligibility, fee and selection rules carefully before you apply.

Eligibility
- Education: Each post has its own essential qualification, such as a degree in Civil Engineering, CA or ICWA membership, or a degree from a recognized university. Check the post-wise details in the official notice.
- Age (as on 01/09/2026): Minimum 18 years. Maximum 30 years for some posts and 35 years for others.
- Age relaxation: SC/ST 5 years, OBC (NCL) 3 years, and PwBD 10 years, as per the rules.
- Nationality: Citizens of India and the other categories listed in the notice are eligible.
Application Fee
- SC, ST, PwBD candidates: Rs. 250 (intimation charges only) + GST @18%
- All other candidates: Rs. 750 (application fee including intimation charges) + GST @18%
- Bank transaction charges are payable by the candidate. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
Selection Process
- Class I posts: Online examination, document verification and interview (30 marks).
- Online exam: Minimum 35% in each section and 35% overall to be shortlisted.
- Class II post (Assistant Security Officer): Online examination, document verification, physical requirement test and language proficiency test in Marathi, Hindi and English. There is no interview.

- Separate applications and separate fees are needed for each post you apply for.
- Do not submit more than one application for the same discipline.
- Carry the original photo identity proof and its photocopy on exam day.
