ICAR CIRCOT Young Professional Recruitment 2026: 18 Posts

The ICAR-Central Institute for Research on Cotton Technology (CIRCOT), Mumbai has announced a hybrid-mode interview for 18 contractual posts of Young Professional-I (YP-I) under the "State-wise Ginning Outturn (GOT) study". The pay is ₹30,000 a month (consolidated). The application form, filled in the given PDF format with all documents, must be emailed to the institute on or before 30 October 2026, 05.30 am. Interviews will be held from 3 to 5 November 2026.

Vacancy Details

Engagement period: 01.11.2026 to 31.03.2027 for Nagpur, Surat, Sirsa, Guntur, Dharwad and Coimbatore, and 01.11.2026 to 30.09.2027 for Mumbai.

Eligibility

• Education: a bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce or Information Technology, or a three-year diploma in engineering and technology.
• Commerce and Information Technology graduates need at least 60% marks; Commerce graduates also need at least 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
• Age: 21 to 45 years, with relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PH candidates as per government rules.
• Candidates already employed must produce a No Objection Certificate from their employer.

Selection Process

• Selection is through a hybrid-mode interview; the link is sent to the email ID given by the candidate.
• No TA/DA is paid for the interview, and canvassing in any form leads to disqualification.
• The engagement continues till the project ends, subject to satisfactory performance as evaluated by the Director. The YP may be posted at any regional unit.
