Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has invited applications for engagement of apprentices at its Barauni Refinery Unit. There are 272 seats across four codes (101, 103, 105, 107). Under Code 101, the 190 seats include UR 88, EWS 19, SC 30, ST 2 and OBC (NCL) 51. Codes 105 and 107 have 5 identified seats each for PwBD candidates.
Eligibility
- Codes 101 and 103: B.Sc (Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry), 3 years course.
- Code 105: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, 3 years.
- Code 107: Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or a specified related branch, 3 years.
- Minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST and PwBD candidates for their reserved seats).
- Age: minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years as on 30.11.2026 for General/EWS. Relaxation is given to SC/ST, OBC (NCL) and PwBD as per government rules.
- Applying for more than one trade or discipline leads to rejection.
Application Fee

Selection Process
