CWC Recruitment 2026: 327 Assistant Manager, JE Posts

CWC Recruitment 2026 is open for 327 posts. Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC), a Navratna public sector undertaking under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, has released Advertisement No. CWC/I-Manpower/DR/Rectt/2026/01 dated 17 October 2026 for 171 Assistant Manager and 156 Junior Executive posts. Online applications are open from 17 October to 15 November 2026.

Vacancy Details

The counts include a few backlog posts. Category-wise, the 70 Assistant Manager (General) posts are UR 28, OBC 23, SC 9, EWS 7 and ST 3. Each Junior Executive post code has 11 posts for ex-servicemen (horizontal reservation). CWC says the number of posts is tentative.

Eligibility

• Assistant Manager (General): a two-year postgraduate degree or diploma in any discipline
• Assistant Manager (Technical): B.Tech or B.E. in Agriculture, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Science and Technology, Food Technology Management or Biotechnology
• Assistant Manager (Finance): B.Com with 3 years of experience in finance and accounts (articleship does not count), or a graduate with CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate
• Assistant Manager (Engineering): B.E. or B.Tech in Civil, Electrical (or Electrical and Electronics) or Mechanical Engineering, as per the post
• Junior Executive (General): a graduate in any discipline with working knowledge of computers and MS Office
• Junior Executive (Technical): B.Sc in Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science or Chemistry, with working knowledge of computers
• Final-year students cannot apply
• Age: 18 to 28 years as on 15 November 2026 (born between 16 November 1998 and 15 November 2008)
• Age relaxation: SC and ST 5 years, OBC (non-creamy layer) 3 years, PwBD 10 years, ex-servicemen as per government rules

Application Fee

• UR, EWS and OBC: ₹1,350 (fee ₹850 + intimation charges ₹500)
• SC, ST, women, PwBD and ex-servicemen: ₹500 (intimation charges only)
• Pay online only; the fee is not refundable

Selection Process

• Assistant Manager posts: online exam, then document verification and interview (1:5). The exam and interview are weighed 85:15.
• Junior Executive posts: online exam, then document verification
• Each online exam has 202 questions for 230 marks in 3 hours, including an English descriptive test of 30 marks
• One-fourth of the marks of a question is cut for each wrong answer in the objective tests
• Assistant Manager (General) tests: Reasoning and Computer Aptitude (60), English (40), Data Analysis and Quantitative Aptitude (60), General Awareness (40)
• Junior Executive (General) tests: Reasoning and Computer Aptitude (50), Quantitative Aptitude (50), General Awareness (50), English (50)
