Industry 4.0 Innovation Centre (I4IC), Guwahati, has invited applications for 1 post of Accounts Officer on a fixed term contract basis. The centre has been set up under the Union Budget 2026-27 announcement on CPSE-led Hi-Tech Tool Rooms and Service Bureaus, to commission and run a Hi-Tech Tool Room and Service Bureau at Guwahati (Assam), with a spoke at Barauni (Bihar). Applications are accepted in hard copy only, from 17 October 2026 to 6 November 2026.

Eligibility
- Qualification: CA (Inter) or CMA (Inter) pass with a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university
- Experience: at least 3 years in maintaining accounts and financial management, counted from the date of passing the CA/CMA Intermediate exam; experience in Government, PSU, society, trust or project-based organisations is preferred
- Age: maximum 38 years, as on the last date of receipt of applications
Selection Process
- Applications received will be scrutinised
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview

- Attach a filled Curriculum Vitae in the given format with a self-attested passport-size photograph
- Attach self-attested proof of date of birth, proof of address, educational documents including the Class X pass certificate, the CA/CMA (Intermediate) certificate and marksheets, and the work experience certificate issued by the employer
- Incomplete applications and applications received after the last date will be rejected

Important Notes
- The selected candidate must arrange his or her own accommodation at Guwahati
- Working hours are 48 hours a week, in line with regular officers of the Society
