IIM Trichy Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026 - 8 Posts

The Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM Tiruchirappalli), an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Education, has invited online applications for 8 non-teaching positions on a contract basis (Advertisement No. EST-II/A-02/2026/002 dated 21.10.2026). There is one vacancy in each of the eight posts, at the main campus in Tiruchirappalli or the Chennai campus. Applications open on 23 October 2026 at 11:00 am and close on 12 November 2026 at 5:00 pm. The monthly pay ranges from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 90,000, and Rs. 70,000 to Rs. 80,000 fixed plus a variable pay for the Corporate Relations Officer.

Vacancy Details

• The final pay is fixed within the range on the basis of experience, qualification and the recommendation of the Selection Committee.
• All the posts are purely contractual for a fixed term, which may be extended on need and good performance. There is no claim to regularisation.

Eligibility

• Corporate Relations Officer: A postgraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, HR or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in corporate business development, institutional sales, executive education, management training or key account management.
• Manager - Executive Education and Consulting: A postgraduate qualification in Management or an equivalent field, with relevant experience in executive education, programme management, training administration or institutional administration.
• Estate Officer: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least 50% marks, and at least 15 years of experience in construction, estate management or maintenance, of which 5 years in Pay Level 10 or above (7th CPC) or equivalent.
• Assistant Manager - Executive Education and Consulting: A Bachelor's degree (a postgraduate qualification is desirable) with relevant experience in programme administration, executive education or training coordination.
• Assistant Manager - Programme and Campus Operations (Chennai): A Master's degree in Management with 50% marks, or CA/ICWA, or a Master's degree in any subject with a PG Diploma in Management, plus 7 years of experience in managing administrative, financial and support systems.
• IT Support Engineer - Network and Security: B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics/ECE/CSE/IT or MCA with 6 years of experience at the L3 level, or a polytechnic diploma/BSc Computer Science/BCA with 8 years of experience (5 years at L3), and a CCNP/BCNE/Fortinet NSE Level 3 or higher certificate (with the exceptions given in the notice).
• Editorial Assistant: Post graduation in any field with at least 50% marks; 3 years of experience in copy editing is desirable.
• Hindi Supervisor: A Master's degree in Hindi (with English) or in English (with Hindi) with 50% marks, or a Bachelor's degree with Hindi and English plus a translation diploma or 2 years of translation experience, and 2 years of experience in terminology work.

Application Fee

• The advertisement does not mention any application fee.

Selection Process

• Shortlisted candidates have to appear for the selection process, which may include a written test or skill test, and an interview.
• Shortlisting and the stages of selection are decided by the Institute and the Selection Committee. Being eligible or called for a stage does not give a right to appointment.
• Originals and one set of self-attested copies are checked at document verification. The Institute can relax the upper age limit for deserving candidates.
