Samagra Shiksha, Assam has released a contract recruitment notice for 68 posts of Additional Resource Person (ARP), Assistant Additional Resource Person (AARP) and Special Educator. Eligibility
- ARP and AARP: Graduate from a recognized university, plus a Matriculation/HSLC pass certificate from a recognized board.
- ARP: A minimum 1-year diploma in Special Education with a valid RCI CRR number, and minimum 3 years of experience in a Govt. organization or NGO working in disability, SSA or DPEP.
- Special Educator: Graduate in any discipline with Special B.Ed. or a one-year diploma in Special Education (RCI recognized) with a valid RCI CRR number, and minimum 5 years of experience in a Govt. organization or NGO working in disability, SSA or DPEP.
- Age: Not less than 18 years and not more than 62 years as on 01-01-2026.
- Priority: Female candidates with disability, and siblings of a disabled person or parents of a child with disability who have the required qualification, will get priority.
- Candidates must be in good mental and bodily health.
Selection Process
- Only eligible candidates will be called for a test or interview. The exact date will be told separately.
- Marking covers general awareness, personality and aptitude, subject knowledge and relevant experience.
- Candidates must score at least 50% of total marks in the interview to be shortlisted.
