Pay and Eligibility
- Pay: Rs 5,200–20,200 with grade pay Rs 1,800, pay matrix level 3 (Class IV)
- Education: 12th pass from a recognised board, with chemistry as a compulsory subject in Class 12
- Residence: must be a permanent resident (domicile) of Chhattisgarh
- Age: at least 18 years on 1 January 2026; the maximum age is 45 years after all relaxations, as per the state government's orders

- SC, ST and persons with disabilities: Rs 300
