Eligibility
- Education: Graduate or post-graduate as per the post, and 02 years of experience for Technical Assistant and Research Assistant posts.
- Candidates must be permanent residents of Chhattisgarh state.
- Age: minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on 01-01-2026 (relaxation as per rules).

Application Fee
- Unreserved and OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates: Rs 500
- SC, ST and candidates with disabilities: Rs 300
- Fee is to be paid online.
Selection Process
- Written test: 120 objective questions, 120 marks, 2 hours, no negative marking. Part 1 (40 marks): general knowledge of Chhattisgarh and India, general Hindi, general English, and general mathematics and reasoning, 10 marks each. Part 2 (80 marks): the subject of the post.
- Skill or practical test: 30 marks, at the university, for candidates shortlisted from the written test (10 candidates for each post).
- Merit (100 marks): written test marks scaled to 60, skill or practical test 30, and up to 10 marks for work experience as a daily-wage worker at SMKV.

- On the university website, go to Career, then Recruitment Portal, then Applicant Login and click New Registration.
- After registration, login ID and password are sent to your registered mobile number.
- Upload photo and signature (30 KB to 100 KB).
- Check all details, then click Proceed to Payment and pay the fee online.
- Take a printout of the application and keep it safe.
