DPA Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer Recruitment 2026

Deendayal Port Authority has invited applications for 1 post of Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer on deputation basis. The post is open to officers of Major Port Authorities, with a pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000. Eligible and willing officers must send their applications in the prescribed format to the Authority's office on or before 30 November 2026.

Eligibility

• The post is for officers of Major Port Authorities who meet the provisions of the Recruitment Rules.
• Officers of Major Port Trusts holding analogous posts, or officers holding posts in the pay scale of Rs. 20600-46500 (Rs. 10750-16750 pre-revised) with 3 years of regular service in the grade, can apply.
• Officers of the Central Govt., State Govt., PSUs or Autonomous Bodies with similar grade are also eligible.
• Preference will be given to persons having experience in vigilance work.
• The selection will be by merit, for which the benchmark in overall APAR grading will not be below 'Very Good'.
• Deputation will normally be for 3 years and, in any case, not more than 5 years.
• Probation period is 2 years.

• Attach attested copies of ACRs for the last five years, attested copies of all certificates, the No-Objection Certificate of the respective Port, an undertaking not to withdraw candidature if selected, and Vigilance/Administrative Clearance in the Ministry's proforma (Annexure-III).
