Jangaon DCPU Sakhi Recruitment 2026 - 13 Posts

Jangaon District (Telangana) has released a notice to fill 13 posts on an outsourcing basis under the Office of the District Welfare Officer, WCD&SC Department. The posts are for Sakhi One Stop Centre (Mission Shakti), the District Child Protection Unit (DCPU) under Mission Vatsalya, and Child Helpline 1098. Applications are offline, and the last date is 31 October 2026 at 5:00 PM. The written examination will be held on 1 November 2026 at 11:00 AM.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility

• Centre Administrator: Master degree in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science or Psychology.
• Psycho Social Counsellor: Professional degree or diploma in psychology, psychiatry or neurosciences, with a background in the health sector.
• Para Medical Personnel and Paramedical (Children Home): Professional degree or diploma in paramedics with a health sector background, such as B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, MPHW (Female) or a recognised paramedical diploma.
• Multi Purpose Staff/Cook and Security Guard/Night Guard: Literate. A pass in high school or its equivalent is preferred.
• Driver (1098): Literate. A pass in high school or its equivalent is preferred. Heavy Driving Licence.
• Data Entry Operator (CWC): Any degree from a recognised board, with a diploma or certificate in computers.
• PO-IC: Post graduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Human Rights, Public Administration, Psychology, Psychiatry, Law, Public Health or Community Resource Management.
• Supervisor: Degree, preferably B.A., in Social Work, Computer Science, Information Technology, Community Sociology or Social Sciences, from a recognised University.
• Case Worker: Bachelor degree in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science or Psychology.
• Age: Minimum age is 18 years. Maximum age is 44 years for all posts, except Centre Administrator, for which it is 50 years.

Selection Process

• Merit list for each category is prepared based on marks in the written exam and/or interview.
• Medical test is mandatory for every candidate appearing for the exam.
• Merit lists are displayed on the Jangaon District website.

How to Apply

• Download the application form from the official website of the District Collector's Office, Jangaon, from 28.10.2026 to 31.10.2026 till 5:00 PM.
• Submit the filled form in person or by registered post to the Inward Section, Ground Floor, Collectorate, Jangaon, with self-attested copies of the required certificates.
• Applications received after the due date will be rejected. The selection committee is not responsible for postal delays.
• Candidates must carry any valid identity proof and a black/blue ball point pen; only exam pad is allowed.
