Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Applications, Information Technology, Management (MBA) or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably in higher education or large organisations, covering student information, examination, HR, finance, procurement or administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between the university and the ERP vendor.
• Plan and coordinate ERP implementation activities, timelines and deliverables.
• Understand university processes and work with the vendor to configure and customise the ERP system.
• Gather requirements, prepare documentation and map processes from various departments and institutions.
• Coordinate data migration for academic, student, HR, finance and other modules.
• Organise user training, awareness programmes and change management activities.
• Monitor project progress, track issues and ensure timely resolution with the vendor.
• Conduct testing, user acceptance and quality assurance.
• Support go-live and post-implementation stabilisation and user support.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards and presentations for university leadership.
• Work with the IT team on system integration, security, data backup and compliance.
• Promote best practices for ERP usage and continuous improvement.
