TISS (Tata Institute of Social Sciences) has opened 1 Data Officer post under its Saksham Pramaan project. Eligibility

• Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Population Studies, Public Health or allied fields.
• Experience: 2-3 years of research experience in HIV/AIDS is desirable. Experience with High Risk Groups (HRG), ICTC and ART Centres is preferred.
• Knowledge of the local language along with English is required.
• Research skills in quantitative and qualitative data collection, data management and analysis are needed.
• Willingness to travel is essential.

Key Duties

• Review quantitative and qualitative tools, suggest changes and prepare APP-based forms for data collection
• Coordinate with stakeholders and follow up fieldwork across all data collection sites
• Organise training for consultants at state and district level
• Oversee data management, including transcription and translation
• Carry out secondary analysis of NACO data and help with report writing
