South Indian Bank Junior Officer Recruitment 2026 is open for the post of Junior Officer (Operations). The South Indian Bank Ltd, a scheduled commercial bank with its registered office in Thrissur, Kerala, invites online applications from 16 October to 27 October 2026. The posts are on contract for three years and are meant for candidates from Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Maharashtra and Goa who already have banking experience.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility

• Education: any graduation with at least 50% marks, through the regular 10+2+3 stream
• Experience: at least 2 years in banks or NBFCs
• Age: maximum 28 years as on 30 September 2026 (born on or after 1 October 1998)
• Age relaxation: 5 years for SC and ST only

Salary and Terms

• Total CTC: ₹5.14 lakh a year, including NPS contribution, insurance premium and performance-based variable pay
• Group personal accident cover of ₹40 lakh and health cover of ₹5.25 lakh at the bank's cost
• Life cover of ₹35 lakh, with a monthly premium of about ₹215 paid by the employee
• Contract for 3 years, renewable on performance; high performers may later be considered for regular posts as Assistant Manager (Scale I)
• No minimum service bond; regular staff loans and perks do not apply
