GJUS&T Hisar Field Staff Recruitment 2026

Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology (GJUS&T), Hisar, has invited applications for one Field Staff post. The post is for a research project funded by the Haryana State Research Fund (HSRF) and awarded to Dr. Anita Singh Kirrolia as Principal Investigator, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. The project is titled "Harnessing Indigenous Algal Strains for Wastewater Remediation and Climate-Resilient Bioresource Development in Haryana." Pay is Rs 15,000 per month (fixed), the essential qualification is a Graduate degree in Life Sciences or Environmental Science with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA, and email applications are due by 10.11.2026 up to 5:00 P.M.

Vacancy Details

• Pay: Rs 15,000 per month (fixed)
• Duration: 03 months after joining in the 1st year, or up to end of financial year 2026-2027 (31.03.2027), whichever is earlier. Extendable up to project completion for 03 months only in 2nd year, based on performance and fund availability.
• The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Eligibility

• Essential: Graduate in Life Sciences or Environmental Science from a recognized Board/University with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• Preferred: M.Sc./M.Tech in Life Sciences, Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering.
• Desirable: Local geographical knowledge of Haryana, a valid driving license, and experience in field monitoring, maintenance of outdoor cultures/tanks, basic laboratory assistance, and willingness to travel across various sites in Haryana.
