OHVF Business Development Manager Recruitment 2026

The Odisha Hydrogen Valley Foundation (OHVF), set up by IIT Bhubaneswar, has released an advertisement for 1 post of Business Development Manager. The foundation runs a Hydrogen Valley Innovation Cluster under the National Green Hydrogen Mission, aiming to demonstrate the full green hydrogen value chain in Eastern India. Vacancy Details

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and carry out a complete fundraising and partnerships strategy.
• Work with donor partners to design joint programmes for green hydrogen ecosystem implementation.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers in industry, CSR and philanthropic organisations.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline for industrial research, CSR partnerships and philanthropic initiatives.
• Draft and review concept notes, proposals, presentations and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements related to fundraising.

Eligibility

• Education (essential): BTech/MSc/MBA/BCom and other equivalent education
• Education (desirable): Science/Technology with a Management degree/diploma
• Work experience (essential): MBA 3 years, MSc/BTech 5 years, BCom or equivalent 8 years
• Work experience (desirable): Experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships or resource mobilisation, and a track record of raising domestic funds for non-profits
• Age limit: Not more than 45 years as on the closing date of the advertisement
