Chandigarh District Court Recruitment 2026 - 32 Posts

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Chandigarh has invited applications for 32 contract posts for the Multi Level Parking at the District Courts Complex, Chandigarh. The posts are 8 Gate Keepers, 6 Chowkidars and 18 Parking Attendants. The initial contract period is 89 days, which may be extended. Applications must reach the office by 05:00 PM on 16.11.2026.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility

• Gate Keeper, Chowkidar and Parking Attendant: passed middle standard examination and knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi.
• Age: not less than 18 years and not more than 37 years, as on 01.01.2026.
• Age relaxation: OBC 03 years and SC 05 years, as per Chandigarh Administration rules.
• Candidate must be a citizen of India or fall in other categories listed in the terms, and some categories need a certificate of eligibility from the Government of India.

Salary

Pay is as per rates fixed by the Deputy Commissioner, U.T., Chandigarh from time to time.

Selection Process

Selection is purely on the basis of interview or Skill Assessment Test. The date of the test and the list of eligible candidates will be uploaded on the official website. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview or test.
