Eligibility
- Technical Assistant: First Class B.E./B.Tech./MCA in the relevant subject, or First Class Diploma in Engineering, or First Class Bachelor's Degree in Science, or Master's Degree in Science with at least 50% marks.
- Stenographer: Senior Secondary (10+2) with minimum speed of 80 w.p.m. in shorthand. Proficiency in computer word processing and spreadsheet with advanced skills is desirable.
- Technician (Civil Engineering): 10+2 with Science and at least 60% marks, or 10+2 with at least 50% marks and a one-year or longer ITI course, or 10th with at least 60% marks and a 2-year ITI certificate, or a three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Office Attendant: Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old. The age, qualification and experience are counted up to the last date of application.
Application Fee
- General and OBC: ₹1000
- SC/ST: ₹500
- Women and PWD candidates are exempted from the fee.
- Pay the fee only through online payment and send the payment receipt with the application.
Selection Process
- Selection is based on a Competitive Written Examination. There is no interview.
- Technical Assistant: Paper I (100 marks) and Paper II (100 marks). The Trade Test is qualifying only.
- Stenographer: a Competitive Written Examination (100 marks) followed by a qualifying Stenography Test.
- Candidates are recommended for appointment in order of merit.

- Send the completed form, self-attested documents and the payment receipt as soft copy (PDF or Word) by email to recruitmentnonteaching2026@nitmz.ac.in.
