GSSSB AAE Call Letter 2026 Out: CBRT on 16 November

The Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board (GSSSB), Gandhinagar has opened the call letter download for two Class-3 exams on 2 November 2026: Additional Assistant Engineer (Electrical) under Advertisement No. 453/2026-27 and Horticulture Assistant under Advertisement No. 454/2026-27. Both MCQ-CBRT exams will be held on 16 November 2026. The board has changed the exam time from 9 AM to 12 noon given in its 12 October notice to 3 PM to 6 PM, with reporting at 1:30 PM. Candidates who reach after the reporting time will not be allowed in.

Exam Details

• Advt 453/2026-27: Additional Assistant Engineer (Electrical), Class-3
• Advt 454/2026-27: Horticulture Assistant, Class-3
• Computer based MCQ test with four options; a wrong answer costs 1/4 mark.
• Biometric verification will be done at the centre.

How to Download the Call Letter

• Open the GSSSB call letter link on gsssb.gujarat.gov.in (CBRT call letter on the digialm portal).
• Enter your confirmation number, date of birth and the image text, then click Admit Card.
• Print it and carry it to the centre; read the instructions on it.
• Tampering with the call letter is punishable under the Gujarat Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2023.

Scribe for Candidates with Disability

• Candidates with benchmark disability, or a temporary disability that stops them from writing, can ask for a scribe or compensatory time.
• Email the set form with the medical certificate and the scribe's age, education and ID proof to so-kh1-gsssb@gujarat.gov.in between 2 and 12 November 2026.
