LITU Nagpur Registrar Recruitment 2026

Laxminarayan Innovation Technological University (LITU), Nagpur has invited applications for 1 post of Registrar. The post is in the Open category, at pay level S-29, which is Rs 1,31,100 to 2,16,600 per month. Applications must be sent offline and must reach on or before 1 December 2026, up to 5:00 p.m.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility

• Qualification: Master's Degree with at least 55% marks, or grade 'B' on the UGC 7-point scale. A 5% relaxation applies to SC/ST and departmental candidates.
• Experience: 15 years as Assistant Professor in AGP of Rs 7000 and above, or 8 years in AGP of Rs 8000 and above (including as Associate Professor) along with educational administration experience. Other options are comparable experience in research or higher education institutions, or 15 years of administrative experience, of which at least 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
• Computer: MSCIT, GECT or another computer certificate prescribed by the Government of Maharashtra. Candidates without it must produce it within two years of appointment.
• Preference is given to candidates from the university system who are working as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
• Proficiency in Marathi is essential.

Fee is paid to Indian Overseas Bank, Pande Layout branch, Nagpur. The payment receipt must be attached to the application form.

Selection Process

Appointment is made on the recommendation of a selection committee constituted as per the LITU Act. Candidates are called for an interview. No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview.
