NLC India GET Recruitment 2026 has 143 posts. NLC India Limited (NLCIL), a Navratna public sector enterprise, will recruit Graduate Executive Trainees (GET) using GATE 2025 scores for its thermal power stations, mines, renewable energy projects and support functions in Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Odisha, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh and other states. Online registration opens on 13 November 2026 and closes on 14 December 2026.

The posts are spread over Area 1 (thermal power stations), Area 2 (mines and allied services), Area 3 (renewable energy, projects and planning) and Area 4 (services and support): 80, 37, 18 and 8 posts.
Eligibility
- A valid GATE 2025 score in the relevant paper; only GATE 2025 marks count.
- Full-time or part-time bachelor's degree in the discipline with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST).
- Upper age limit as on 01.11.2026: 30 years for UR/EWS, 33 for OBC (NCL), 35 for SC/ST.
- Pay: during one year of training, basic pay of Rs. 50,000 plus dearness allowance and common allowance (35% of basic) per month.

Selection Process
- GATE 2025 score carries 80 marks and the personal interview 20 marks.
- Candidates are called for interview in the ratio 1:6 (or 1:10 as the case may be) based on GATE merit.
- Selected candidates cannot seek a transfer for the first three years.

- Pay the fee through the SBI e-Collect facility and keep the payment proof.
- Choose the area of posting carefully, as posting follows the area applied for.
