WBSSC Clerk and Group D Result 2026: Interview List Out

The WBSSC Clerk and Group D result 2026 for the preliminary interview is out. The West Bengal Central School Service Commission has opened two result pages on westbengalssc.com, one for Group-C (Clerk) and one for Group-D, under the 1st State Level Selection Test for Non-Teaching Staff, 2025 (1st SLST (NTS), 2025). Candidates who wrote the Clerk examination on 1 March 2026 or the Group-D examination on 8 March 2026 can now check whether they have been placed in the preliminary list for interview.

How to Check the Result

• Open westbengalssc.com and click "Result for Preliminary Interview (Group-Clerk)" or "Result for Preliminary Interview (Group-D)".
• Enter your roll number and your name in CAPITAL letters exactly as on the admit card.
• Answer the simple sum shown as the security check and submit.
• Save or print the page that opens; it says whether you are in the preliminary interview list.

Note that Clerk and Group-D roll numbers are different (Clerk roll numbers in the Commission's lists start with 108 or 208, Group-D roll numbers with 124 or 224), so use the right one on each page.

What Comes Next

• The Commission will announce the interview and document verification schedule on its website; watch the notice board there.
• Keep your admit card, educational certificates, age proof, caste certificate (if any) and photo ID ready with self-attested copies.
• The list is preliminary: inclusion does not guarantee selection, and the final panel will depend on the written marks, interview and verification of documents.

Important Points

• On 7 March 2026 the Commission debarred candidates expelled from the 1 March Clerk exam for unfair means from the Group-D exam, so take the conduct rules seriously at the interview stage as well.
• Candidates who used a scribe in the written exam should keep the scribe papers with their documents.
