OLM Odisha Recruitment 2026: 1115 Posts, Apply by 5 Dec

The OLM Odisha recruitment 2026 advertisement is out with 1115 posts. Odisha Livelihoods Mission (OLM), a registered society under the Department of Mission Shakti, Government of Odisha, that runs the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana - National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM) in the state, has invited online applications for contractual positions at state, district and block levels. The online form is open on missionshakti.odisha.gov.in from 6 November to 5 December 2026 (11:55 pm), and selection is through a Computer Based Test (CBT) with no interview. Most of the vacancies are at block level: 453 Block Managers, 247 Block Accountant cum MIS Assistants and 174 Block Mission Managers.

Vacancy Details

By category the posts are UR 561, ST 368, SC 159 and SEBC 27, with posts for women, sportspersons, ex-servicemen and PwD shown post-wise in the advertisement. The four district Project Manager streams are Farm & Non-Farm Livelihoods, Value Chain Development and Market Linkage, Institutional Building and Capacity Building & MIS, and Financial Inclusion & Accounts.

Eligibility

• **Block Manager and Block Mission Manager:** post graduate degree in Arts, Science or Commerce, MBA, MSW, Rural Development or equivalent, with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• **Block Accountant cum MIS Assistant:** B.Com with PGDCA, Computer Science or IT, with 3+ years of experience (5+ years for the district post).
• **District Mission Manager and Project Managers:** relevant post graduate degree with 5+ years of experience.
• **Program Assistant:** graduate with PGDCA and 3+ years of experience.
• **Age:** 21 to 42 years on 1 January 2026. SC, ST, SEBC and women get 5 years of relaxation and PwD 10 years; there is no age limit for those now working with OLM.
• **Odia:** Odia passed at Class 8 level, Class 10 with Odia as a subject, or an Odia test certificate.

Application Fee

Rs 500, paid online at registration. SC, ST and PwD candidates pay nothing. The fee is refunded to all candidates who appear in the exam.

Selection Process

• **CBT:** one paper of 100 MCQs for 100 marks in 90 minutes, in English only (PwD get 30 minutes extra). Each wrong answer costs 0.33 mark.
• A provisional merit list follows, and three times the vacancies are called for document verification.
• The final merit list uses the normalised CBT marks and document verification. There is no group discussion or interview.

Terms of the Contract

The contract is for one year at first and may be renewed on satisfactory performance as per project needs. It gives no right to regularisation, and no TA or DA is paid for the exam or joining.
