Eligibility

• Method: Deputation (including short term contract). Officers under the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territories, public sector undertakings, universities, recognised research institutions, or statutory or autonomous organisations can apply.
• Service condition: Hold an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre, or have five years of service in the grade after regular appointment in Level-11 (Rs.67700-208700).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university or institute.
• Experience: Ten years in hydrology, planning, investigation, design, or construction and execution of water resources development projects.
• Maximum age: 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
• Deputation period: ordinarily not more than four years.
