The Directorate of Agriculture, Government of Manipur has invited online applications for 69 contractual posts of Block Technology Manager (BTM) and Assistant Technology Manager (ATM) under the Centrally Sponsored Sub-Mission on Agriculture Extension (ATMA Scheme). The last date to submit the online form is 26 November 2026. There will be no written examination; candidates will be called for interview based on their Academic Performance Indicator (API) score.

* Out of the total 69 posts in BTM/ATM, one-third (23) are reserved for women as per scheme guidelines.
- BTM posts: UR 36, OBC 11 (OBC (M) 9, OBC (MP) 2), SC 1, ST 21, PwD (horizontal) 3.
- ATM posts: UR 36, OBC 11 (OBC (M) 9, OBC (MP) 2), SC 1, ST 21, PwD (horizontal) 3.
- The number of posts may increase or decrease.
Eligibility
- BTM: Post Graduate in Agriculture/Allied sector with computer skills.
- ATM: Graduate in Agriculture/Allied sector.
- Maximum age limit will be as per State Government Rules / Policy.
Application Fee
- Processing fee for UR candidates: Rs 800.
- Processing fee for ST/SC/OBC candidates: Rs 500.
- Processing fee is exempted for PwD candidates.

Selection Process
- There will be no written examination.
- Out of 100 marks, 70 marks are for the API score and 30 marks are for the interview.
- Candidates will be called for interview in the ratio of 3:1 to the number of posts, based on API score.
- The API score calculator is provided on the Department's official website.
- The Department may alter or reschedule the schedule without giving any reason.
