Hanumakonda AYUSH Recruitment 2026 has been notified for 8 posts in five categories. The office of the District Collector and Magistrate, Hanumakonda (Telangana) issued notification Ref. No. 2835/E-I/RDDW/HNK/2026 dated 16 October 2026 to engage staff on an outsourcing basis for AYUSH public health programmes under the National AYUSH Mission. The staff will work under the administrative control of the Director, Department of AYUSH, Telangana, up to 31 March 2027, and later as per need and performance. Applications are accepted offline from 22 to 28 October 2026.

Vacancy Details

The AYUSH Medical Officer post is a multi-zonal cadre with 95% local reservation: candidates may apply in any district of the multi-zone, but selection is limited to one district. The other posts are district cadre.

Eligibility

• AYUSH Medical Officer: degree in Ayurveda, Unani, Homoeopathy or Naturopathy after a regular course of at least 4½ years, with one year of compulsory internship
• Pharmacist: D.Pharm, B.Pharm or Pharm.D, and registration with the Telangana Pharmacy Council
• Psychosocial Counselor: Master of Social Work (MSW)
• Yoga Professional: degree in Naturopathy (4½ years with internship) or a Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences
• Multi Purpose Worker: Class VII pass and able to ride a bicycle or motorcycle

Age Limit

• 18 to 44 years as on 1 July 2026
• Relaxation: 5 years for SC, ST and BC; 3 years plus the period of service for ex-servicemen; 10 years for persons with disabilities

Application Fee

• The notification does not mention any application fee

Selection Process

• Total 100 marks
• For all posts except MPW, 90 marks are based on the marks in the qualifying examination
• For MPW, 90 marks are for a written test
• Up to 10 marks for age: 0.5 mark for each completed year above 18, as on 1 July 2026
• A merit list is put up on the district website, and selection follows the rule of reservation and the Presidential Order
• Psychosocial Counselors may be empanelled and called as needed

• Step 2: Attach copies attested by a Gazetted Officer: SSC, Intermediate, qualifying certificate, all marks memos, registration certificate (Board of Indian Medicine or Telangana Pharmacy Council, where needed), caste certificate, study certificates from Class 4 to 10 and disability or ex-servicemen certificates if claimed
• Step 3: Paste a photograph and enclose an acknowledgement card
