Eligibility
- Company Secretary: Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. At least 2 years of post-qualification experience as Company Secretary. Age limit 18 to 40 years (as on 01.10.2026).
- Assistant Manager: Graduation in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Structural/Marine). Preference will be given to candidates with MBA/M.Tech and to candidates with relevant work experience. Age limit 18 to 40 years (as on 01.10.2026).
- Applicants must be citizens of India.
- Contract appointment will be for a period of 3 years.
Selection Process
- Company Secretary: Application screening, then interview.
- Assistant Manager: Application screening, then written test/proficiency assessment (if required), then interview.
- CMD has the absolute right to decide the criteria for shortlisting and selection.
