Odisha Grameen Bank Stock Auditor Panel 2026

Odisha Grameen Bank has invited Chartered Accountant (CA) firms to apply for empanelment as stock auditors. This panel will be used for stock audits of the bank. Vacancy Details

The notice does not state a number of posts. It is an invitation for CA firms to be empaneled as stock auditors. Stock audit will be conducted for an overall working capital limit (Fund + Non-Fund) of Rs. 1 crore and above.

Eligibility

• The firm should have at least 5 years' experience and must be registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
• The applicant should have at least 5 years of post-qualification practice, with at least 2 years of stock audit experience in different industries.
• Minimum age of the individual auditor or proprietor/partner should be 25 years at the time of application. At the time of empanelment, the age should not exceed 75 years.
• The applicant individuals/firms and all partners must be income tax assessees.
• The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
• Ex-employees of the bank are eligible only after a cooling period of three (3) years from the date of retirement.
• Undischarged insolvents are not eligible. Auditors with complaints registered with CBI, SFIO, police or court, or those blacklisted by any bank or FI, are not eligible.
• A central statutory auditor of the bank cannot be empaneled as a stock auditor during the tenor. A branch's statutory or concurrent auditor cannot audit the same branch.

Application Fee

No separate application fee is mentioned in the notice. The professional fee for a stock audit is Rs. 7,500 (Rupees Seven thousand Five hundred only), payable every year for the audit.

Selection Process

Empanelment with PSBs, FIs, DRT, High Court or Supreme Court as stock auditor is a preferred qualification, but not mandatory. Applications received by email will not be accepted.

• Fill the biodata in Annexure-A (prescribed format) on the firm's letterhead and attach the supporting documents.

• Attach a self-attested photograph of all partners, their qualification and experience (not more than 100 words each), and the PAN/TIN/UCN numbers of the firm and partners.
