ESIC Chennai Adjunct Faculty Walk-in 2026 - 3 Posts

ESIC Medical College and Hospital, K.K. Nagar, Chennai, will hold a walk-in interview on 11 November 2026 to engage 3 Visiting (Adjunct) Faculty in the Department of Radiodiagnosis, at Professor and Associate Professor levels. The engagement is purely on contract for one year, with a daily honorarium. Candidates should report between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

Eligibility

• Education: a postgraduate degree in Radiodiagnosis, as prescribed, or a recognized equivalent qualification.
• Experience: eight years of work experience in the specialty after the PG degree.
• Age limit: not more than 67 years on the date of the walk-in interview.
• The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council or NMC, as applicable, before joining.

Pay and Terms

• The faculty conduct at least four sessions a month, each of not less than 3 hours (theory, small group discussion, practicals, bed-side teaching, imaging, diagnosis and reporting).
• The engagement is for one year and the Dean can extend it by another year based on performance and feedback.
• It gives no right to regular engagement, and no PF, pension, gratuity or medical benefits are admissible.
• No TA/DA is paid for the interview or for joining.

Selection Process

• Selection is through the walk-in interview at the College on 11 November 2026.
• ESIC Corporation and the Dean may increase, decrease or cancel the number of vacancies at their discretion.
