TCIL Recruitment 2026 - 5 IT Posts for NIXI Project

Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd (TCIL), a Government of India enterprise under the Department of Telecommunications, has advertised 5 contract posts for the National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI) project under Advt No. TCIL/ITTIV/54/2025/03, dated 2 November 2026. The posts are in Bangalore and Noida. Applications go offline and must reach within 14 days of the advertisement date, that is by 16 November 2026. Selection is by interview.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility

• Maximum age for every post: 40 years on the date of advertisement.
• System Administrator: full-time B.Tech (CS/IT/EC), MCA or M.Sc (IT/CS/EC), with at least 5 years of system or network administration.
• Security Officer and CA Administrator: at least 5 years of relevant experience; PKI Administrator: at least 5 years with PKI systems.
• Experience counts from the date of the minimum qualification. The full qualification for each post is in the notice.

Contract Terms

• Deployment for at least 3 years, extendable by 2 years on good performance.
• Pay is consolidated, with no other allowances; yearly increment on satisfactory performance.
• No claim to a regular post in TCIL or NIXI. One month's notice ends the contract.

Selection Process

• Selection is by interview; the venue is sent to shortlisted candidates by email.
• No TA or DA for the interview or joining.
