Bharathiar University, Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu) has invited offline applications for the post of Additional Controller of Examinations. The filled application with the registration fee must reach the university on or before 30 November 2026. The tenure of the post is 3 years and the pay is as per the Associate Professor scale of pay. Vacancy Details

Eligibility

• Academic record: Good academic record with a PhD in the concerned, allied or relevant discipline
• Master's degree: At least 55% marks (or equivalent grade); 5% relaxation to 50% for SC/ST category
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of teaching and/or research at a level equivalent to Assistant Professor, at least 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals, and a total research score of 75 as per Appendix, Table 2
• Language: Knowledge of Tamil to the extent of carrying official correspondence and drafting reports

• General category: Rs. 600
• OBC/SC/ST: Rs. 300
• Payable by Demand Draft in favour of the Registrar, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore
• The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances

Selection Process

• Selection will be as per the decision of the Syndicate of Bharathiar University
• Candidates must attend the interview at their own cost
• The Syndicate reserves the right to fill or not fill the post without giving any reason
