Vacancy Details

Eligibility

Essential qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Radiography, X-Ray Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
• Experience in operating X-Ray equipment in a hospital or healthcare institution.
• Sound knowledge of X-Ray imaging procedures, equipment handling and patient positioning.
• Ability to assist doctors in diagnostic X-Ray examinations and ensure quality imaging.
• Knowledge of radiation safety, infection control and biomedical waste management.
• Ability to maintain proper patient records, imaging registers and other documents.

Desirable qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a hospital or diagnostic imaging department will be preferred.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in emergencies, including rotational shifts.
