Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Faculty of Medicine, Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, has invited online applications for 6 temporary Senior Resident posts. Eligibility
- Qualification: As per NMC norms and the Residency Scheme adopted by AMU.
- Indian nationals, including OCI cardholders under Section 7A of the Citizenship Act, 1955, can apply.
- Attested copies of all marksheets and certificates from Class X to postgraduation must be enclosed with the form.
Application Fee
- Non-refundable processing fee for each application form: Rs. 500/-
- PwD candidates are exempted from the processing fee if they upload an authentic Disability Certificate on the prescribed proforma.
Selection Process
- Selection is through the Local Selection Committee (L.S.C.) on 25.11.2026 at the office of the Dean, Faculty of Medicine.
- Candidates must report with all original documents half an hour before the scheduled time.
- No separate notice or interview letter will be issued.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
How to Apply
- Fill the application form only in online mode at the university's Careers Portal.
- Fill a separate form for each post.
- After online submission, take a printout of the PDF on A-4 paper, sign it, paste a recent photograph, and attach self-attested copies.
- Send the form by post to the Office of the Dean, J. N. Medical College, Faculty of Medicine, AMU, Aligarh-202002, with the post name, advertisement number and date written on the top-left of the cover.
