District AYUSH Society Dhanbad has issued a recruitment notice for 1 District Program Manager post on a contract basis. The recruitment is under the National AYUSH Mission (NAM), Jharkhand. Online applications close on 28 November 2026 at 5:00 PM, and the consolidated pay is Rs 50,000 per month.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: Graduation degree in any discipline including AYUSH and MBA in Healthcare Management, or Masters in health/hospital administration, or a two-year Post Graduation diploma in Hospital and healthcare management, from an AICTE recognised institute.
• Minimum experience: At least 1 year of working experience in a public health programme. Exposure to social sector schemes or missions at national, state and district level is desirable.
• Computer knowledge: MS Office, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel knowledge is desirable.
• Preference: Persons with experience of working in the health sector, including AYUSH, will get preference.
• Age limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 60 years as on 1st August 2023.

• Application fee: Rs 1,000 for each application, to be paid on the portal.

Selection Process

• Selection is based on academic marks (50), experience (30) and interview (20), out of 100 marks.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and a personal interview, which will be conducted under the chairmanship of the District Commissioner.
• If applications increase considerably, a written exam may also be held.

• Go to the JAP-IT portal (https://recruitment.jharkhand.gov.in/), fill the form, upload the required documents and pay the fee of Rs 1,000.
• Required documents include Aadhar card, PAN card, passport size photograph, 10th and 12th mark sheets, semester-wise mark sheets of the qualifying degree or MBA, degree certificate, experience certificate, and caste or domicile certificates where applicable (not older than 6 months before the last date).
• The contract is for 1 year from the date of appointment and may be extended or terminated based on satisfactory or unsatisfactory service.
