Centre for Management Development (CMD), Kerala has invited online applications on behalf of Vizhinjam International Seaport Limited (VISL) for 1 post of General Manager (Environment). The post is on a contract basis for one year, which can be extended based on requirement and performance. The pay will be fixed based on relevant experience and additional qualification. Retired persons may also apply. For retired applicants, salary will be fixed as per Government norms (last drawn salary minus pension).
Eligibility
- Education: M.Tech in Environmental Engineering from an AICTE recognised institution
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a senior-level position in environment-related matters such as environmental clearance, statutory environmental compliance, pollution control, CRZ, coastal/marine environmental issues, environmental impact assessment, waste management or other environment-related matters, and oversight of Port Operations within the framework of the MARPOL Protocol.
- Applicants must be citizens of India.

- CMD may use application screening, criteria-based screening, a written test, group discussion, skill or proficiency test, an interview, or a combination of these.
