Eligibility

• Education: Master's degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised University or Institute.
• Experience: Three years in supervisory or mid-level management in HR and related roles in a Government body, autonomous body, higher educational institution, public sector undertaking, or equivalent HR position in a reputed private organisation or consultancy firm.
• Skills: Proficiency in HRMS, database management, noting, drafting and preparation of minutes.
• Communication: Excellent organisational, administrative drafting and communication skills.
• Citizenship: Only citizens of India can apply.
