ANDUAT Ayodhya Faculty Recruitment 2026: 35 Posts

Acharya Narendra Deva University of Agriculture & Technology (ANDUAT), Kumarganj, Ayodhya has issued three advertisements dated 3 November 2026 for 35 teaching posts on a regular basis: Advertisement No. 13/2026 for 9 Professors, No. 14/2026 for 11 Associate Professors and No. 15/2026 for 15 Assistant Professors. The posts are in the Colleges of Fisheries, Horticulture and Forestry, Community Science and the Mahamaya College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, Ambedkarnagar. The application form is on nduat.org, and the filled form must reach the university by Registered or Speed Post by 5 December 2026, 5 PM.

• Professor: Food Science and Nutrition, Fruit Science (2), Post Harvest Technology, Floriculture, Soil and Water Conservation, Irrigation and Drainage, Fisheries Extension, Fisheries Resource Management

Eligibility

• Assistant Professor: Master's degree in the subject with at least 55% marks, plus NET (ICAR, UGC or CSIR) or SLET/SET, or a Ph.D. as per UGC rules; the right bachelor's degree with 55% (B.F.Sc., B.Sc. Agriculture or Horticulture, B.Sc. or B.E./B.Tech by post). Age 18 to 40 years on the last date, 5 years more for OBC, SC, ST and PwD.
• Associate Professor: Master's with 55%, a Ph.D. in the subject, at least 8 years of teaching or research as Assistant Professor or equal, 7 publications and a research score of 75.
• Professor: Master's with 55%, a Ph.D. with at least 10 research publications, and at least 10 years of teaching or research experience.

Application Fee

• Assistant Professor: Rs 1,500 for UR, OBC and EWS; Rs 750 for SC, ST and PwD, by demand draft in favour of the Comptroller, ANDUAT, payable at SBI ANDUAT branch, Pithla (06925).
• Those who applied under the earlier Advertisement No. 3/2025 do not pay again; they quote their earlier application.
• SC and ST candidates from other states get no fee concession. Check the Professor and Associate Professor adverts for their own fee.

Selection Process

• For Assistant Professor, the academic score is used only to shortlist for the interview, and selection is on the interview alone.
• The university may screen applications to call fewer candidates.

• Write the post, its serial number, advertisement number and last date on the envelope.
• Send it by Registered or Speed Post to the Director, Administration and Monitoring, ANDUAT, Kumarganj, Ayodhya 224 229; forms by hand are not accepted.
• Add two self-addressed envelopes with Rs 56 postage stamps.
