Eligibility
- Education: Graduation in any discipline from a university recognised by the Government of India or its bodies, or AICTE, is the mandatory qualification for all posts.
- Experience and certifications differ by post. For example, Group Head needs minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years as Team Lead for Relationship Managers. Senior Relationship Manager needs minimum 3 years of experience.
- Age limits differ by post: Senior Relationship Manager 24 to 35 years; Group Head and Head Investment 35 to 50 years; Territory Head 28 to 42 years; Investment Product Manager 26 to 45 years.
- Age relaxation for SC/ST, OBC (non-creamy layer), PwBD and ex-servicemen is as per the official notification.

Application Fee
- UR, EWS and OBC: Rs.850 (inclusive of GST) plus payment gateway charges
- SC, ST, PwBD, ESM/DESM and women: Rs.175 (inclusive of GST) plus payment gateway charges
The application fee is non-refundable.
Selection Process
- Selection may include application scrutiny, online test, psychometric test or other tests, followed by an interview.
- Minimum qualifying marks in the personal interview are 60% for General and EWS and 55% for other reserved categories.
- Shortlisting is done by the Bank. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not by itself mean a candidate will be called for interview.
