Thrissur Court Recruitment 2026: 14 Posts for Retirees

The District Court, Thrissur (Kerala) has issued notice HC-20/2026 dated 15.10.2026 inviting applications for temporary contract appointments in the Fast Track Special Courts of Thrissur district, against vacancies expected in November and December 2026. There are 14 posts: 1 Computer Assistant/LD Typist and 13 Office Attendants. These posts are only for retired employees. Applications must reach the District Judge, in person or by post, before 5 PM on 29.10.2026.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility

• Applicants must have retired from the courts, from departments equal to the courts, or from other government departments, from the same or a higher post.
• Applicants must not have completed 62 years of age.
• Persons retired from the courts will get preference.

Period of Appointment

The appointment will be for a continuous 179 days, or until the courts stop functioning, or until the appointee completes 62 years of age, whichever comes first. Appointments will be made in order of priority from a list prepared for each post after a detailed scrutiny of the applications, qualifications and suitability.

• Attach self-attested copies of certificates proving age, qualification and work experience.
