The Chief Medical Officer of Health (CMOH) office in Purba Medinipur has invited online applications for 12 contractual posts under the National AYUSH Mission (NAM): 1 Multi Purpose Worker (MPW), 5 male Yoga Instructors and 6 female Yoga Instructors. Applications open on 7 November 2026 and close at midnight on 4 December 2026. Application fees are payable only online.

Eligibility
- MPW: Graduate from any recognised university, plus at least 1 year diploma in computer (including MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel) from a Government registered institution.
- MPW age: minimum 21 years and maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2026, with age relaxation as per Government norms.
- Yoga Instructor: Secondary (Madhyamik) pass with certificate, diploma or degree in yoga affiliated by the West Bengal Council of Yoga and Naturopathy (WBCYN), and registration with WBCYN is compulsory.
- Yoga Instructor age: minimum 18 years and maximum 40 years as on 01.01.2026, with age relaxation as per Government norms.
- The candidate must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and must have knowledge of local languages.
- All essential qualifications must be completed on or before the first date of online application.
Application Fee
- General candidates: Rs. 100
- Reserved category candidates: Rs. 50
- Fees must be paid through online mode only.
Selection Process
- MPW: Academic score (75 marks), computer test (15 marks, minimum passing 50%) and experience (10 marks).
- Yoga Instructor: Academic score (MP 15 + Certificate/Diploma/Degree 15), demonstration (10 marks) and interview (10 marks).
- Candidates must go through all stages of recruitment.
